Acupuncture is one of the oldest forms of medicine.  Sterile, hair-thin needles are inserted into specific points on your body to trigger responses from different systems, such as your nervous, immune, or endocrine system.

“Qi” is your body’s innate knowledge about how to self-correct & heal. Western medicine uses different words to describe how "activating Qi" promotes healing, like chemotaxis and endorphin release, but in Traditional Chinese Medicine we know that regardless of the words used, cultivating and coaxing the body's natural healing mechanisms with needles, herbs and other tools like cupping, gua sha, and e-stim, are safe and effective ways to alleviate some of the most stubborn and common health concerns in patients.

Acupuncture excels at treating pain, migraines, allergies, inflammation, stress, insomnia, fatigue, and more. It generally takes approximately 5-10 treatments to see major shifts in a patient's overall health.
